Domestic Shipping

• Unless otherwise indicated, your form of payment will be charged for the cost of shipping.

• In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of your online order via USPS Priority or Express Mail.

• Custom order and commissioned items will be shipped via USPS at the earliest availability.

• Glass items will be shipped in protective packaging to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

• You will receive a USPS tracking link to monitor status of your delivery.

• In the event an item is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify the seller within 24 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of evidence of damage, we will refund your purchase price and shipping charge.
